Quarantine Facility Now Part of Insect Production Services

The Great Lakes Forestry Centre insect quarantine facility is now part of Insect Production Services.  Our insect quarantine program supports invasive alien species research conducted by the Canadian Forest Service.  Support is provided to scientific personnel conducting experiments within the facility and as well as to insectarium personnel who are developing rearing methodology to establish laboratory colonies of invasive alien species.
